KAIZEN approach

OBJECTIVE : TO IMPROVE the quality and productivity of 500 SMEs by 2020 by teaching them the 5S methods : Separate, Systematize, Shine, Standardize and Sort. Applying the SHINDAN diagnosis and implementing various KAIZEN tools for their continuous improvement.
