Critical Analysis of Cameroon Manufacturing

Based on a questionnaire concerning all domains related to the environment and the management of the enterprise (product, market, supply channels, control, prices, financial management, managerial experience, decision-making procedures, difficulties encountered, etc.), a diagnosis will be established on the health of the enterprise. This consultation is free of charge. The diagnosis report presents the strengths, the weaknesses, the opportunities and the threats faced by the enterprise and better orientate the support actions to be considered. The programme is implemented in partnership with the University du Quebec, Trois-Rivières (Canada).
