Application of Section 19 of the 2025 Finance Law...Cameroon

If you are an economic operator and you have tax debts issued up to 31 December 2022, the 2025 Finance Law provides you with the opportunity to benefit from a tax cut.
These tax rebates are up to 50% for uncontested tax debts and up to 65% for contested tax debts. Kindly contact your Accredited Management Centre (AMC) or Tax Centre for more details.
